The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved the listing of Dubai Parks & Resorts under local companies. Accordingly, the total number of joint stock companies registered with SCA has reached 123 companies, of which 109 are local and 14 are foreign.

Dubai Parks & Resorts recently announced that the outcome of its initial public offer (IPO) exceeded AED 111 billion.

According to its prospectus, the Company will be listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Thursday December 10.

Dubai Parks and Resorts – company under incorporation and subsidiary of Meraas Holding - had launched an IPO of 40% of its capital amounting to AED 2.5 billion at par value AED 1 per share, added to 1 fils as issuance fees.
